PVC curtain replacement door for a containment system 1200mm for series DC LANMASTER cabinets

The construction of isolation, based on PVC strips (flexible curtains), is installed between the end cabinets in rows to form an airflow containment system.

The standard curtain is designed for a corridor width of 1200 mm, with a support part compatible with cabinets 1200 mm deep. Custom widths are available upon request.

Each curtain strip is 400 mm wide and made of transparent PVC, enabling visual monitoring of the corridor interior. The design eliminates the need for manual opening or closing, as the curtain closes behind personnel.

Magnetic strips are integrated along the edges of the transparent curtain. They engage with each other to create a tight seal, preventing air from the cold aisle from escaping into the surrounding area. The PVC curtain construction is designed for easy installation and removal.

The PVC curtain performs the following key functions in a data center:

• Space zoning. Separates cold and hot aisles, preventing the mixing of airflow. This improves the efficiency of precision air-conditioning units and reduces cooling costs by 15–30%.
• Thermal regulation and climate control. Maintains the target temperature inside the corridor or server room during door openings or frequent personnel access.
• Dust and contaminant protection. Prevents dust, fluff, construction debris and exhaust fumes from forklifts in adjacent areas from entering the server hall.
