New cables in universal jacket

For outdoor installation cables in the PE jacket are usually used. Properties of medium and high-density polyethylene allow to protect the cable from temperature variations and from high humidity, such cable is resistant to ultraviolet rays.

However, despite the weighty positive qualities of plastic compound, PE jacket cable is not recommended for indoor use. For installation in buildings, it is necessary to use a jacket made of a compound that flame retardant and does not emit corrosive products. Such is the LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket. Cables in LSZH jackets are more expensive than cables made of PVC or PE because the manufacturing process of this material is somewhat slower and more complicated. But such cables meet strict fire requirements.

In some cases, the cable line that ran outside the building, it is necessary to continue inside the building when connecting the backbone and horizontal subsystems of the SCS. There are also situations with a possibility to exposure the cable to UV rays and high/low temperatures and high humidity inside the building.

That's why we have added a universal cable in LSZH jacket to the product line. The cable has the advantages of PE. The jacket is flexible and wear-resistant, it is light in weight and better withstands ultraviolet and temperature exposure. At the same time LSZH have better fire protection properties.

Some outdoor cables are equipped with a messenger wire. This allows the cable to be secured by the messenger wire for suspension on aerial lines without the risk of damaging the conductors.
