Small-size MPO connector
A fiber optic MPO system is a channel that includes pre-terminated multifiber cables which are connected to pre-terminated fiber optic cassettes. MPT connectors are small size 12 fiber connectors which enable high density in patch panels and terminal cabinets.

MPO patch cords
MPO cable assemblies are used in high density fiber optic systems to connect equipment to multifiber cables. They consist of 12-fiber assemblies terminated by 12-fiber connectors on both sides.

MPO distribution cassettes
A cassette is a module with one or two 12-fiber assemblies. It has a 12-fiber MPO connector in the rear, and LC discrete optical connectors in the front. These parts are assembled in a plastic housing. The housing has clamps for installation in a 19" optic distribution box.

19" fiber optical boxes for MPO cassettes
Special purpose optic distribution boxes make it possible to insert cassettes in 19''structural elements. Cassettes (4 ea) can be inserted horizontally in 1U panels. They can also be inserted vertically (12 ea) in 3U panels.
The panel has a plain and space-saving metal housing which enables maximum density. Feed-through holes are at the rear and on each side of the housing. Cross-connects have a hinged face plate to protect the optical patch cord push/pull tabs.
LC patch cords for high density panels
Patch cords are terminated by LC discrete duplex connectors with Push/Pull Tabs on both sides. Two optic fibers have the same shield which improves flexibility and enables high density. LC-HD low loss patch cords are the best choice for high capacity networks in data centers.

MPO to LC fanout assembly
MPO to LC fanouts enable connection of 12-fiber MPO connectors to standard LC optic terminals. Cables ban be connected directly to active equipment.

Factory-tested
Up-to-date end finish processes and higher fiber end geometry standards enable high performances and excellent specifications. Each system element has to pass a number of diagnostic tests. End finish is checked for compliance with industry standards using a 3D-interferometer.
MPO system components
System elements are available in stock in various configurations. They can also be customized for various polarities, fiber types, trunk lengths and number of cassette ports.
