Field terminated connection box, unshielded, category 6
The field terminated connector box is designed to connect two lines of unshielded twisted pair cable in the field. Conventional side cutters are sufficient to install the connector box. It is used during repair work to quickly restore the connection of a damaged cable, as well as to organize a consolidation point. Due to its low weight and dimensions, it can remain unsecured, or fit inside the cable harness. For ease of installation, the inserts contain a wiring diagram for the cable conductors, in accordance with the T568A and T568B. The cable is securely fixed with the connector box cover after termination.
