This three-phase power distribution unit (PDU) is used for power distribution in telecommunication cabinets and racks. The unit comes with a built-in power cable with a three-phase IEC309 (32 A) plug, thirty-six C13 sockets, and twelve combined C39 (C19+C13) sockets.

Mechanical locks on the unit sockets eliminate the risk of unintentional disconnection of the attached power cord. To release the lock, press a button located next to each socket.

Use of C13 and C39 panel plugs with a lock improves reliability of the equipment power supply connection.

The power distribution unit provides socket group-based monitoring. Remote monitoring functions include measurement of voltage, current, power, power factor, reactive and total power, frequency.

The PDU controller also supports connection of (humidity and temperature, door opening) sensors: up to 4 pcs. It features hot-swap capability and 180° rotation.

The banks are equipped with six protective hydraulic-magnetic circuit breakers (16 A), two independent banks per phase.

With the monitoring function, the PDU allows you to optimize power consumption and ensure the protection of electrical circuits. Alarm thresholds can be set to reduce the risk of system overload.

The PDUs are compatible with a wide range of industry-standard protocols: SNMP (v1, v2c, v3), HTTP/HTTPS (TLS 1.2), IPv4/IPv6, SNTP, Telnet, SSH, FTP, DHCP, Radius, and Modbus.

The PDU is 1.8 m-high and can be mounted vertically in 19" cabinets and racks in designated spaces. The PDU is mounted using two mounting brackets located at the unit ends or with round clips for tool-free mounting.

PDU mounting in LAN-DC series cabinets

Vertical trays of LAN-DC series cabinets have special hinged holes arranged with a certain vertical spacing. The PDU is mounted into these holes using two clips located on the back of the PDU case, without the use of any tools. This method is faster and more convenient. The PDU has all necessary clips in the package. Moreover, mounting holes are provided on the side surface of the PDU, and some spare clips are included in the package. Whenever required, the unit can be mounted with its front side towards the door.

The unit case is robust, made of steel, yet compact. Owing to its low depth, the case does not protrude beyond the cabinet rail. The case width enables to mount two PDUs on the same tray without use of any tools.
