Patch cords is category 6 and fully comply with
ISO/IEC 11801 standards.
The patch cords are made of shielded stranded cable
with a separator and shielded Category 6 RJ-45 modular plugs.
The material of the jacket and the molded boot of the
patch cord is low-smoke halogen-free PVC – LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen).
The junction between the RJ-45 plug and the cable is
filled with a plastic to ensure a strong connection between them, such a
connection is called molded.
Special side ribs are provided at the molded part of
the plug to protect the locking latch of the RJ-45 connector from damage and
breakage. This solution does not interfere with pressing the latch.
The plug has flexible strain relief boot, which
provides a given cable bending radius during operation.
Each patch cord undergoes mandatory testing for the
integrity of electrical circuits, the absence of a short circuit and the
correct wiring.
Continuous shield provides reliable protection of the
patch cord from electromagnetic interference.

Mechanical parameters
The cord withstands a longitudinal load of 50N without separating
the plug from the cable or breaking the wires. Protective boot withstands
stress without breaking or peeling.

for the integrity of electrical circuits, the absence of short circuits and the
correct wiring.
Performance parameters
RL and NEXT parameters are tested.
