Fiber tray straight section, 100x240 mm, 2 meters, yellow
Cable ducts (trays) for optical cable are designed for laying optical communication lines in Data Centers and protecting fiber optic cables laid in them. The Fiber tray is an ideal solution for arranging cable flows of the trunk optical cable, optical patch cords and cable assemblies, combining an elegant appearance, ease of installation and maintenance. Detailed descriptions of all tray hardware are clearly shown in the information leaflet. Laying cable ducts on top of the cabinets provides more efficient cooling of the equipment due to the absence of cable routes under the raised floor, which can create obstacles for the circulation of air flows of the cooling system. Well-planned and arranged cable management takes up less space, eliminates cable clutter and tangles, and protects cables from external damage. Fire retardant materials corresponding to GB/T2048-1996 FV-0 are used to produce optical cable tray elements. The material of the straight sections is PVC, the fittings are made of high-strength ABS plastic. The maximum weight load is 30 kg/m. 1. Material Straight section is made of PVC. 2. Standards JB/T 9660-1999. GB/T 2408-2008. 3. Low temperature test No cracks or damage when exposed to -40 °C for 16 hours. 4. High temperature test Sample is heating up to +60 °C and simultaneous creation of lateral pressure of 20 N. By standard: Shape change no more than 2 mm. LANMASTER as tested: Change in shape no more than 0.85 mm. 5. Flammability test By standard: after 10 sec. of exposure to an open flame fading duration is less than 30 sec. LANMASTER as tested: after 10 sec. of exposure the fading is after 2 sec. 6. Insulation resistance By standard: at least 5 MΩ. LANMASTER as tested: at least 100 MΩ. After exposure to 93% humidity and +40° for 48 hours insulation resistance at least 100 KΩ 7. High voltage breakdown No breakdown when exposed to a voltage of 42 kV for 60 seconds. |
