19" Enclosure for 12 MPO high-density cassettes, 1U, black

Enclosures are designed for mounting high-density optical MPO cassettes in a 19" cabinet or rack. Cassettes are fixed in the body in special lodgments without the use of tools. Special inserts can be installed on unused places. MPO cable assemblies for connecting cassettes are put in from the back of the enclosure.

The enclosure body is made of steel, it has a unique design with sliding shelves which allows you to maximize the use of rack space. The installation depth of the enclosure on the mounting rails can be adjusted by changing the position of the side brackets.

Due to this design as well as the size of the MPO cassettes intended for this enclosure the port density is 144 LC connectors per 1U. The sliding mechanism of the cassette shelves provides convenient connection of the cable assembly from the back of the cassettes and a comfortable connection of LC patch cords from the front side of the enclosure.

There are rings with easy-to-open clips on the front of the shelves for patch cords management and maintaining the correct cable bend radius.

The front part of the enclosure has a folding protective panel that protects the connectors of optical patch cords from mechanical damage.
