19" wall enclosure with glass door, “Next” series
The “Next” series wall enclosure is used to accommodate 19" telecommunication equipment. The cabinets are available in two depths – 450 and 600 mm. To mount the equipment on a four-post shelf use the TWT-CB-SFBFxxx-1U/18 shelves and the TWT-CB-SFIX-SET brackets kit. The rear rails are set at a permanent depth of 63 mm from the rear panel, the front rails are a welded frame that can be installed at 50 to 130 mm from the enclose door. The cabinet door has a reed lock, the glass in the door is fastened on plastic clips and can be easily replaced. If necessary, the door can be installed on either side without disassembling the hinges. Side panels can be opened, they are mounted with spring-loaded pins. The side panels can be removed from the inside by pressing the pins. Top and bottom panels of the enclosure can be equipped with TWT-CBW-FANB2 fan units or TWT-CBW-FAN1-BB fans (supplied separately). The cabinet has 3 cable entries located in the top, rear, and bottom panels of the cabinet. If necessary, cable entry holes can be equipped with TWT-CBB-BP brush entries (supplied separately). Earth terminals are provided on the side panels and the door. The TWT-CBWN-EARTH-SET earth wire set is used to connect enclosure’s structural elements into a single ground loop. The enclosure is supplied unassembled. Delivery set consists of 1 pack. The enclosure is attached to the vertical plane at 4 points. The rear panel is used as a template for making mounting holes. Enclosure assembly can be carried out directly on the wall.
Color is black (RAL 7021). The maximum load per cabinet is 60 kg. Please note that the method of fixing to the wall must be selected depending on the load on the cabinet! Ingress protection is IP20. Powder coating painting. Cabinets comply with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41494-1, DIN41494-7 international standards.
