Business Advanced series 19" floor cabinet, 600 mm wide
The Business Advanced series floor cabinet is intended for 19" equipment mounted on two or four mounting rails. It is possible to install two post mount shelves and heavy-duty shelves having four mount post with mounting on front and rear rails (load capacity of each shelf is from 50 to 100 kg). Provision is made for installation of ceiling fan modules. The cabinet design is based on a dismountable load-bearing frame. The cabinet is supplied without doors, it is possible to complete it with various options for front and rear doors. The door kits:
Any door can be used as a front or rear door, doors can be mounted to open both on the right or on the left side. Removable side panels with plastic latches are used to provide convenient access to the equipment. The panels equipped with locks. There are openings closed with removable covers for the entry of cables in the bottom and roof of the cabinet. It is possible to install cable brush entries instead of covers. Also, additional holes are located on the sides of the roof. If necessary, they can be used as cable glands after removing the covers. The dust filter TWT-CBB-BDF-xx can be installed in the bottom of the cabinet. The filter is a good protection of the cabinet internals from the penetration of dust and moisture from under the floor, while maintaining the possibility of cable entry through the filter. The filters install in the central hole of the cabinet's bottom. There is a space for installing fans in the center of the roof of the cabinet. The modular design of the roof and TWT-CBA-FANB2 fan units allows you to increase the number of fans in the cabinet by connecting several units to each other. The maximum number of units installed in a cabinet depends on the depth of the cabinet.
To organize vertical cable flows in 600 mm width cabinets, we recommend using special cable management rings, supplied as an option, installed in the mounting frame, and fixed with screws. The cabinet is equipped with leveling feet to compensate uneven floors and swivel casters to allow movement. It is possible to install the cabinet on an additional plinth. In this case, the feet of the cabinet are transferred to the plinth. The feet are mounted in M12 threaded holes in the plinth. It is possible to bay cabinets to each other using a baying kit for connecting cabinets. The cabinet is supplied unassembled. 19” rails (extruders) are marked with rack mounting units (RMU). Color is black (RAL 9004). Maximal load capacity is 800 kg. Ingress protection is IP 20. Powder coating painting. Scope of delivery: two frames packed separately, a box with a bottom and a roof, a box with side panels. Cabinets comply with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC297-2, DIN41494-1, DIN41494-7 international standards. |
