TWT UTP 2 pair cat. 5e patch-cord with molded boots
Two pair patch-cords with RJ-45 plugs are designed exclusively
for use in 10Base-T and 100Base-T Ethernet applications. The patch-cord design
uses a two pair category 5e cable terminated on 1/2 and 3/6 pins of RJ-45 plugs. Please note that two pair patch-cords cannot be used
for switching phone lines due to the lack of pins 4/5. Denser patch-cord bundles can be routed in cabinets
and organizers by using a smaller diameter cable. Two pair unshielded (UTP) cat. 5e patch-cords of
different lengths and colors are available under the TWT brand. Color options:
Patch cords are available in various lengths:
Design features: The junction between the RJ-45 plug and the cable is
filled with a plastic to ensure a strong connection between them, such a
connection is called molded. The plug has flexible strain relief boot, which provides a
given cable bending radius during operation. Patch-cord wiring diagram, T-568B,
