Unshielded RJ-45 connectors are designed for assembling unshielded patch cords. The connectors are crimped using a compatible LAN-CRI-468R/EZ. The design of the contact pins allows them to be used for terminating both solid and stranded cables. Meet the requirements of category 6. Has 8 contacts. Contacts are plated with a thin layer of precious metals to improve conductivity. It is recommended to use protective boots TWT-BO-6.0-xx/100 или TWT-BO-5.5-XX/100 together with the plugs to ensure correct bending radius of the terminated cable.  A distinctive feature of these connectors and the compatible tool is that there is no need to align the wires before crimping the connector, they do not rest against the front of the connector but pass through. When the crimping mechanism is triggered the excess length of the conductors is automatically cut off thanks to the built-in guillotine. |
